Shanghai AVIC Optoelectronics Co. Ltd. (hereafter called AVIC) TM097TDH01 is a 9.7 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. AVIC TFT-LCD is a 9.7 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver4.0 which was released out on 7 20 2011, TM097TDH01 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 196.608(W)×147.456(H) mm, outline size of 210.2(W)×166.2(H)×3.96(D) mm, viewing area size of 200.91(W)×152.26(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of TBD. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, TM097TDH01 can provides 220 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/60/70/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 3 o'clock , and response time of 20 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Dithering gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 6S6P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM097TDH01 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/12.5/22.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
