(hereafter called TIANMA) TM070RVHG01 is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, touch screen PCAP, Air Bonding. Tianma TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Final Ver2.2 which was released out on 8 22 2018, TM070RVHG01 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 154.08(W)×85.92(H) mm, outline size of 171.5(W)×110.3(H)×7.65(D) mm, viewing area size of 157.08(W)×89.39(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (3H), Reflection 4.0% (Max.), net weight of 216g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, TM070RVHG01 can provides 300 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/60/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 12 o'clock , and response time of 20 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S8P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM070RVHG01 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.4/16.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(VCC/AVDD/VGG/VEE). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
