TM041XDHC02 is a 4.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, PCAP touch screen. Tianma TFT-LCD is a 4.1 inch with consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. TM041XDHC02 supports display 720(RGB)×720 with aspect ratio of 1:1 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 73.98(W)×73.98(H) mm, outline size of 77.98(W)×82(H) mm, viewing area size of 74.78(W)×74.78(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating, net weight of 27.5g (Typ.). As a SFT, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, TM041XDHC02 can provides 300 cd/m² display brightness 1200:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 35 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 68% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S4P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM041XDHC02 utilizes MIPI (4 data lanes) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 1.8/3.3/5.7/-5.7V (Typ.)(IOVCC/VCCB/AVDD/AVEE).
