PD104SL7 is a 10.4 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from PVI, with a built-in CCFL backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This PVI TFT-LCD is a 10.4 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Ver5.0 which was released out on 7 6 2009, PD104SL7 supports display 800(RGB)×600 (SVGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 211.2(W)×158.4(H) mm, outline size of 238.6(W)×171(H)×6.5(D) mm, viewing area size of 215.4(W)×162.6(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 310/320g (Typ./Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, PD104SL7 can provides 230 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 45/45/15/40 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 15/25 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 1 pcs CCFL as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Top side) and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PD104SL7 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 14 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
