(hereafter called PVI) PW056XS2 is a 5.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This PVI TFT-LCD is a 5.5 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver3.0 which was released out on 7 16 2008, PW056XS2 supports display 480(RGB)×234 with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 121.68(W)×68.45(H) mm, outline size of 136(W)×82.6(H)×6.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 124.9(W)×71.6(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 104.4±10g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, PW056XS2 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 55/55/15/35 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 15/25 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms., thus presenting a palette of Full color colors. This product adopted 3S6P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Top and Bottom) and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PW056XS2 utilizes TFT Specific Analog RGB as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/3.3/5.0/17.0/-12.0V (Typ.)(VCC/VDD1/VDD2/VGH/VEE). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
