PM080WY2 is a 8.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from PVI, with a built-in WLED backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This PVI TFT-LCD is a 8.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Ver2.0 which was released out on 8 18 2009, PM080WY2 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 172.8(W)×103.68(H) mm, outline size of 192.8(W)×116.9(H) mm, viewing area size of 176.0(W)×106.88(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 210±15g. This product adopted 3S11P WLED as it's backlight systerm and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PM080WY2 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 60 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/3.3/8.4/18/-5.5V (Typ.)(VCC/VDD1/VDD2/VGG/VEE).
