The PD064VT7 is a 6.4 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Prime View International Co., Ltd. (hereafter called PVI), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C .This PVI TFT-LCD is a 6.4 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. PD064VT7 supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 129.6(W)×97.44(H) mm, outline size of 175.4(W)×126.9(H) mm, viewing area size of 134.8(W)×101.8(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 325±10g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, PD064VT7 can provides 1400 cd/m² display brightness 600:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 75/75/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 15/25 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 5S2P×2CN WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PD064VT7 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 31 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.)(VCC).
