(hereafter called PVI) PM065WX3 is a 6.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This PVI TFT-LCD is a 6.5 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver3.0 which was released out on 8 18 2010, PM065WX3 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 143.4(W)×79.2(H) mm, outline size of 155.2(W)×89.4(H)×6.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 146.2(W)×82.12(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 130±10g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, PM065WX3 can provides 550 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 75/75/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 15/25 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 3S14P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PM065WX3 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 60 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/3.3/9.5/17.0/-8.0V (Typ.)(VCC/VDD1/VDD2/VGG/VEE).
