Prime View International Co., Ltd. (hereafter called PVI) PD057VX3 is a 5.7 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This PVI TFT-LCD is a 5.7 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver3.0 which was released out on 5 4 2009, PD057VX3 supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 115.2(W)×86.4(H) mm, outline size of 143.4(W)×104(H)×13(D) mm, viewing area size of 117.2(W)×89.6(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 160±10g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, PD057VX3 can provides 500 cd/m² display brightness 600:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 15/25 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors. This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PD057VX3 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 8-bit) + SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 60 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/3.3/8/17.6/-7V (Typ.)(VCC1/VCC2/VDDA/VCG/VEE). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
