Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi) AA150AC01 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -40 ~ 85°C , a storage temperature range of -40 ~ 90°C . This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen.AA150AC01 supports display 1920(RGB)×720 with aspect ratio of 8:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 355.68(W)×133.38(H) mm, outline size of 374.5(W)×154.5(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of TBD. As a IPS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA150AC01 can provides 1000 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry . Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 70% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA150AC01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
