AA190EA01-DE1 is a 19.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, touch screen PCAP, Air Bonding. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C,This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 19.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA190EA01-DE1 supports display 1280(RGB)×1024 (SXGA) with aspect ratio of 5:4 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 376.32(W)×301.056(H) mm, outline size of 434(W)×359(H) mm, viewing area size of 377.4(W)×302.2(H) mm, with surface treament of Clear, Hard coating (5H), net weight of 2.94Kgs (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AA190EA01-DE1 can provides 1200 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 4/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 4 strings × 2CN WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Top and Bottom) and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA190EA01-DE1 utilizes LVDS (2 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
