M170EGE-L20 is a 17.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from Chimei Innolux, with a built-in WLED backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 17.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. M170EGE-L20 supports display 1280(RGB)×1024 (SXGA) with aspect ratio of 5:4 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 337.92(W)×270.336(H) mm, outline size of 358.5(W)×296.5(H)×11(D) mm, viewing area size of 341.9(W)×274.4(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare (Haze 25%), Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.40/1.50Kgs (Typ./Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, M170EGE-L20 can provides 250 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 1/4 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted 12S4P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 50K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. M170EGE-L20 utilizes LVDS (2 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.).
