Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) G150XJE-P01 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, without backlight, With LED Driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. G150XJE-P01 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 314.6(W)×237.55(H)×1.3(D) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), utilizing 0.50+0.50 mm mm plate. As a NPVA, Normally Black, Transmissive CELL product, G150XJE-P01 can provides 2500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 88/88/88/88 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 16/7 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 71% (NTSC). This product have no backlight, With LED Driver. G150XJE-P01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
