Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) M230HGE-L30 is a 23.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 23.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Rev.B4_Ver1.0 which was released out on 12 1 2015, M230HGE-L30 supports display 1920(RGB)×1080 (FHD) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 509.184(W)×286.416(H) mm, outline size of 533.2(W)×312(H)×11.37(D) mm, viewing area size of 513.8(W)×291.0(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare (Haze 25%), Hard coating (3H), net weight of 2.09±0.11Kgs. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, M230HGE-L30 can provides 250 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 1.5/3.5 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted 14S4P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Right side) and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. M230HGE-L30 utilizes LVDS (2 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
