DJ090IA-02A Innolux 9.0 inch TFT-LCD

Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) DJ090IA-02A is a 9.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 85°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 95°C ,This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 9.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. DJ090IA-02A supports display 1280(RGB)×720 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 198.912(W)×111.888(H) mm, outline size of 210.5(W)×123.7(H)×9.7(D) mm, viewing area size of 200.912(W)×113.888(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 235g (Max.). As a AAS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, DJ090IA-02A can provides 750 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 15/10 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 70% (NTSC). This product adopted 7S4P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. DJ090IA-02A utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
