This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 9.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Final Ver03 which was released out on 3 5 2012, AT090TN12 V.3 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 198(W)×111.696(H) mm, outline size of 211.1(W)×126.5(H)×6.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 201.0(W)×114.7(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 253g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AT090TN12 V.3 can provides 250 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Dithering gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S11P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AT090TN12 V.3 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.4/17.0/-5.0V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 55Hz.
