The AT080TN62 is a 8.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C . This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 8.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. AT080TN62 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 176.64(W)×99.36(H) mm, outline size of 192.8(W)×116.9(H)×3.7(D) mm, viewing area size of 180.1(W)×103.4(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 163g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AT080TN62 can provides 250 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors. This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AT080TN62 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.4/16.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
