DE070IA-18B is a 7.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 85°C , a storage temperature range of -40 ~ 95°C.This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller , Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. DE070IA-18B supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 152.4(W)×91.44(H) mm, outline size of 165.4(W)×107.24(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare (Haze 25%), Hard coating (3H), net weight of 226g (Typ.). As a IPS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, DE070IA-18B can provides 750 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 28 (Typ.)(G to G) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 75% (NTSC). This product adopted 6S2P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. DE070IA-18B utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 8-bit) + SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 60 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
