Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) HJ070IA-04P is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Final Ver.01 which was released out on 11 1 2013, HJ070IA-04P supports display 800(RGB)×1280 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 10:16 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 94.2(W)×150.72(H) mm, outline size of 104.43(W)×161.78(H)×4.5(D) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating, net weight of 79.5g. As a IPS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, HJ070IA-04P can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 15/20 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 60% (NTSC). This product adopted 5S5P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 15K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. HJ070IA-04P utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3/8.8/22/-7.0V (Typ.)(VDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL).
