HJ070IA-04K Innolux 7.0 inch TFT-LCD

Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) HJ070IA-04K is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -10 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C .This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen.  HJ070IA-04K supports display 800(RGB)×1280 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 10:16 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 94.2(W)×150.72(H) mm, with surface treament of Antireflection, net weight of 85.0g (Max.). As a IPS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, HJ070IA-04K can provides 450 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 89/89/89/89 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 30 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 60% (NTSC). This product adopted 5S5P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. HJ070IA-04K utilizes MIPI (4 data lanes) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 45 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.7V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
