The N070LGE-L21 is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -10 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C . This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. N070LGE-L21 supports display 1024(RGB)×600 (WSVGA) with aspect ratio of 17:10 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 153.6(W)×90(H) mm, outline size of 165.75(W)×105.39(H)×3.4(D) mm, viewing area size of 156.5(W)×92.9(H) mm, with surface treament of Glare (Haze 0%), Hard coating (3H), net weight of 111/125g (Typ./Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, N070LGE-L21 can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 750:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/60/60 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 5/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 69% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 12K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. N070LGE-L21 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/11.14V (Typ.)(VDD/AVDD). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
