This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Final Ver03 which was released out on 4 27 2017, AT070TN94 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 154.08(W)×85.92(H) mm, outline size of 164.9(W)×100(H)×6(D) mm, viewing area size of 156.7(W)×89.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 154g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AT070TN94 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 25 (Typ.)(Tr+Tf) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Dithering gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S9P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AT070TN94 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.4/16.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(VCC/AVDD/VGH/VGL).
