Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) SJ050NA-08A is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, With LED Driver, without touch screen.This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 5.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver1.4 which was released out on 7 2 2014, SJ050NA-08A supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 101.568(W)×76.176(H) mm, outline size of 117.35(W)×88.43(H)×8.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 102.57(W)×77.18(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 75.6g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, SJ050NA-08A can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 65/65/45/65 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 50K hours, With LED Driver. SJ050NA-08A utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3. It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
