Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) HJ050NA-01I is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 5.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver0.2 which was released out on 3 29 2013, HJ050NA-01I supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 108(W)×64.8(H) mm, outline size of 120.7(W)×76.3(H)×3.3(D) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 59.0g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, HJ050NA-01I can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Dithering gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors. This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. HJ050NA-01I utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10/16.0/-6.0V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
