Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) PJ050IA-14A is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 5.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver1.1 which was released out on 4 1 2014, PJ050IA-14A supports display 720(RGB)×1280 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 9:16 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe, according to calculation of Panelook it's pixel density is 294 PPI. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 62.1(W)×110.4(H) mm, outline size of 66.1(W)×119.54(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare. As a IPS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, PJ050IA-14A can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 20/20 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 70% (NTSC). This product adopted 5S2P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PJ050IA-14A utilizes MIPI (4 data lanes) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 34 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 1.8/5.4/-5.4V (Typ.)(IOVCC/VSP/VSN). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
