The NJ050NA-01N is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C . This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 5.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. NJ050NA-01N supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 108(W)×64.8(H) mm, outline size of 120.7(W)×76.3(H)×3.3(D) mm, viewing area size of 110.6(W)×67.6(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating, net weight of 58.5g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, NJ050NA-01N can provides 500 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors. This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 15K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. NJ050NA-01N utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.4/16.0/-6.0V (Typ.)(DVDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL).
