The LQ035NC111 is a 3.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chi Hsin Electronics Corp. (hereafter called ChiHsin), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Innolux TFT-LCD is a 3.5 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. LQ035NC111 supports display 320(RGB)×240 (QVGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 70.08(W)×52.56(H) mm, outline size of 76.9(W)×63.9(H)×3.46(D) mm, viewing area size of 73.03(W)×55.50(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare (Haze 20%), net weight of 30.0g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, LQ035NC111 can provides 300 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 60/60/50/55 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 60% (NTSC). This product adopted 6S1P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. LQ035NC111 utilizes Digital RGB (8/24-bit) + SPI, CCIR601/656 as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 54 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
