This AUO TFT-LCD is a 10.1 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen, A101VW01 V3 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 219.6(W)×131.76(H) mm, outline size of 235(W)×145.9(H) mm, viewing area size of 221.6(W)×133.76(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 315g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, A101VW01 V3 can provides 300 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 65/65/45/65 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 12/18 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 48% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S11P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed.
