AU Optronics Corp. (hereafter called AUO) G185XW01 V2 (Alias: G185XW01 V.2) is a 18.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, With LED Driver, without touch screen. AUO TFT-LCD is a 18.5 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver1.2 which was released out on 3 3 2016, G185XW01 V2 supports display 1366(RGB)×768 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 409.8(W)×230.4(H) mm, outline size of 430.4(W)×254.7(H)×13.2(D) mm, viewing area size of 413.4(W)×234.0(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.55Kgs (Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, G185XW01 V2 can provides 450 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 3.5/1.5 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 68% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 50K hours, With LED Driver. G185XW01 V2 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
