G150XVN01.2 AUO 15 inch TFT Medical application

AU Optronics Corp. (hereafter called AUO) G150XVN01.2 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, With LED Driver , without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -10 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C, This AUO TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. G150XVN01.2 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326.5(W)×253.5(H) mm, viewing area size of 307.2(W)×231.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of TBD. As a MVA, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, G150XVN01.2 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 1500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 88/88/88/88 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 20/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 50K hours, With LED Driver. G150XVN01.2 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
