G150XTN06.9 AUO 15 inch tft high brightness

The G150XTN06.9 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from AU Optronics Corp. (hereafter called AUO), with an integral WLED backlight system, With LED Driver , without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C.This AUO TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. G150XTN06.9 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326.5(W)×253.5(H)×10(D) mm, viewing area size of 311.9(W)×236.85(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 1.00Kgs (Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, G150XTN06.9 can provides 1600 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/70/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 5.7/2.3 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 60% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Top and Bottom) and have a working life time of 50K hours, With LED Driver. G150XTN06.9 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
