AUO 8 inch TFT-LCD A080XTN01.5

AU Optronics Corp. (hereafter called AUO) A080XTN01.5 is a 8.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -10 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C . This AUO TFT-LCD is a 8.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. A080XTN01.5 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 162.048(W)×121.536(H) mm, outline size of 183(W)×141(H) mm, viewing area size of 164.65(W)×124.14(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 158.5g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, A080XTN01.5 can provides 300 cd/m² display brightness 700:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/65/65 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 20/20 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S9P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 15K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. A080XTN01.5 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/11.5/20/-7V (Typ.)(VDD/AVDD/VHG/VGL). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
