CPU:  thermosetting polyurethane elastomer (PU for short), cast polyurethane, commonly called urethane, a new composite material between plastic and rubber, is formed after chemical reaction of polymer polyalcohol and isocyanate through chain extension and cross linkage. It is divided into polyether and polyester according to its backbone chain.

Polyurethance rod is excellent for impact resistance. Polyurethance will generally resist temperatures of around plus 100 ℃.

Main Properties:

Polyurethane has many excellent performances such as chemical corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, high elasticity, high pressure load resistance, high abrasion resistance, strong cushioning, tear resistance, radiation resistance, high strength, high bearing, shock absorption and buffer capacity. Within wider hardness scope ( ranging from shore hardness A10 to Shore hardness D75), higher elasticity is remained. It has the excellent and unique comprehensive performance which common plastic and rubber don`t have.

Applications:

It is used for shock absorption backing plate, spacer and spring of metallurgy, coal mine, petroleum, automobile, building material, sports, heavy machine and large press equipment as well as die f metal plate and tube. For friction, buffer or shock absorption effect of general purpose machinery equipment, it is ideal mould spring.

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.

Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.
