PP is available in two basic types either as a homopolymer or a copolymer.

Polypropylene homopolymer (PPH) is the most utilized polypropylene. PPH is more rigid and stronger than the copolymer. It can run in the temperature range 30º to 180º F. It has good weldibility, has high performance in thermoforming, has good chemical resistance. PPH is available in the colors natural, white and grey; and in the form of rod, sheet, strip, and film. It can be machined with ordinary wood or metalworking equipment.

Polypropylene copolymer (PPC) is a bit softer but has better impact strength, is tougher and more durable than PPH. Copolymer polypropylene tends to have better stress crack resistance and low temperature toughness than homopolymer at the expense of quite small reductions in other properties.

PP sheet produced by AHD with imported equipment, having unique technology of residual stress relieving, entirely virgin PP material and imported ultraviolet radiation resister and aging resister absolutely stops the issues such as distortion, bubble, easy rupture and color fading. The PP sheet the thickness thickness we can produce is 150mm.

Application:

Drinking water, Sewage line, seals spraying carrier, anti-corrosive tank/bucket, acid/alkali resistant industry, waste/exhaust emission equipment, washer, dust free room, semiconductor factory and other related industry equipment and machinery, food machine and cutting plank and electroplating process.

Q2: Is your sample free?

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Q3: What about the MOQ ? 

A3:In addition to the sample, the minimum order quantity for a regular size product is 100kgs.

Q4: What about the packing ?

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.

Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.

Q6: What's your delivery time?

A6:For samples: within 1-3 working days; For orders: within 7-30 working days.
