Pp sheet Polypropylene is available in two basic types either as a Homopolymer Polypropylene Sheet or a Copolymer Pp Sheet. It  has excellent electric performance, non toxic, uniform in color, smooth surface, flatness, easy for installation and maintenance, long service life, easy processing and welding. White Pp Sheet produced by AHD with imported equipment, having unique technology of residual stress relieving, entirely virgin PP material and imported ultraviolet radiation resister and aging resister absolutely stops the issues such as distortion, bubble, easy rupture and color fading. The PP sheet the thickness thickness we can produce is 150mm.

Main Properties:

Polypropylene offers a good balance of thermal, chemical and electrical properties with moderate strength. It possesses a good strength to weight ratio and due to its hard, high gloss surface, polypropylene is ideally suited to environments where there is concern for bacteria build up that can interfere with flow. Polypropylene sheets can be heat formed, shaped and welded to fabricate ducts, hoods and much more. Polypropylene sheets have excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of items. It cannot be cemented but is easily welded with a plastic welder. Polypropylene is not UV stabilized but is USDA approved and meets FDA standards. very good abrasion resistance.

Drinking water, Sewage line, seals spraying carrier, anti-corrosive tank/bucket, acid/alkali resistant industry, waste/exhaust emission equipment, washer, dust free room, semiconductor factory and other related industry equipment and machinery, food machine and cutting plank and electroplating process.

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Q3: What about the MOQ ? 

A3:In addition to the sample, the minimum order quantity for a regular size product is 100kgs.

Q4: What about the packing ?

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.

Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.
