Extruded White PP Copolymer Polypropylene Sheets

Polypropylene Copolymer Sheet  is a bit softer but has better impact strength, is tougher and more durable than PPH. Copolymer Polypropylene Board tends to have better stress crack resistance and low temperature toughness than homopolymer at the expense of quite small reductions in other properties. Pp Polypropylene Plate has lower impact strength than HDPE and LDPE, it is superior when it comes to working temperature and tensile strength. It is lightweight, resistant to staining, and does not absorb moisture. It has excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and degreasing agents, but has poor resistance to aromatic, aliphatic, and chlorinated solvents. It is also tough, heat-resistant, and semi-rigid, making it ideal for use with hot liquids or gases. Its hard, smooth, surface also makes it ideal for use in areas where bacteria build up is a concern

Main Properties:

Polypropylene offers a good balance of thermal, chemical and electrical properties with moderate strength. It possesses a good strength to weight ratio and due to its hard, high gloss surface, polypropylene is ideally suited to environments where there is concern for bacteria build up that can interfere with flow. Polypropylene sheets can be heat formed, shaped and welded to fabricate ducts, hoods and much more. White Polypropylene sheets  from AHD have excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of items.

Sewage line, seals spraying carrier, anti-corrosive tank/bucket, acid/alkali resistant industry, waste/exhaust emission equipment, washer, dust free room, semiconductor factory and other related industry equipment and machinery, food machine and cutting plank and electroplating process.

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
