polyetherimide sheet, which is a non-crystalline plastic. It is an amorphous high-performance polymer. It is made of engineering plastics made of amorphous PEI (polyetherimide) and extruded at high temperature through an extruder. The commonly used PEI board is made of American GE raw materials (trade name Ultem).

Features

1. The maximum allowable working temperature in the air is relatively high (continuous working temperature 170℃)
2. Excellent hydrolysis resistance (suitable for repeated steam sterilization)
3. In a wide temperature range, good mechanical strength and high rigidity
4. Inherent low flammability and less smoke during combustion
5. Good dimensional stability
6. Physiologically inert (suitable for contact with food)
7. Resistance to high-energy radiation (r-ray and X-ray)
8. Good electrical insulation performance

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Q3: What about the MOQ ? 

A3:In addition to the sample, the minimum order quantity for a regular size product is 100kgs.

Q4: What about the packing ?

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.

Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.

Q6: What's your delivery time?

A6:For samples: within 1-3 working days; For orders: within 7-30 working days.
