HDPE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. HDPE board has excellent acid and alkali resistance to most household and industrial chemicals. The polymer does not absorb moisture, has good waterproof and moisture-proof properties, and can be used for packaging. High-density poly (HDPE) has good electrical properties, especially the high dielectric strength of insulation, making it suitable for wire and cable. Medium and high molecular weight grades have excellent impact resistance at room temperature or even at low temperatures of -40f. The difference of each type of HDPE is that it is an appropriate combination of the four basic variables of density, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and additives. Different catalysts are used to produce customized polymers with special properties. Combine these variables to produce HDPE grades for different purposes; to achieve a better balance in performance.

Areas of use

High-density polyethylene HDPE board can be used to make skateboards, ice hockey boards, cutting boards, cutting boards, seals, cutting boards, sliding profiles, tanks, guide rails, guide bars, earth car panels, dump truck panels and so on. Widely used in chemical, machinery, electric power, clothing, packaging, food, environmental protection, textile and other industries.

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Q3: What about the MOQ ? 

A3:In addition to the sample, the minimum order quantity for a regular size product is 100kgs.

Q4: What about the packing ?

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.

Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.

Q6: What's your delivery time?
