FR ABS Sheet is produced using ABS as the raw material, with the addition of flame retardants and additives through a special process. It not only retains the advantages of ABS materials but also possesses excellent flame retardant properties, which can effectively delay the spread of flames. It is widely used in various fields, providing reliable flame retardant solutions.
 

II. Product Characteristics

 
  • Excellent Flame Retardancy: Meeting the UL94 V0 flame retardant standard, it can quickly form a carbon layer when exposed to fire, preventing the spread of flames and the access of oxygen, suppressing the fire, and buying time for personnel evacuation. It is suitable for components with high fire protection requirements, such as the housings of electronic equipment.
  • Good Mechanical Properties: With relatively strong tensile, bending, and impact toughness, it is not easily damaged under force, and can meet the mechanical requirements of electronic appliances, automobiles, and other products in daily use and special working conditions. For example, automotive interior parts can withstand vibration and impact.
