PCD blades are also available in full cross-section and tip shape. The full-section blade has a complete PCD top surface, sintered on a hard alloy substrate, and provides multiple cutting edges on only one side of the blade. This blade is cheaper than the overall blade. The tip-shaped insert is a PCD insert welded to a corner of a hard alloy substrate. The tip-shaped insert is either a single cutting edge or a double cutting edge.

It is particularly suitable to engrave granite and ceramic. Its maximum engraving depth can reach 1mm. The flat bottom knife is used to engrave characters with smooth edges. The size of the engraving characters ranges from 3cm to 8cm. The knife features fast engraving speed and long service life. Its maximum engraving depth can reach 4mm. The PCD carving cutter can mill the groove at the bottom of the engraving picture.
