The system integrates the functions of non-destructive pulse repair, pulse maintenance charging into a whole and forms a standardized maintenance process emergency start-up application so as to reduce the working hours of maintenance personnel, greatly extend battery life, improve the performance, safety and reliability of the battery to the maximum and meet the needs of emergency tasks.
Battery is one of the important power sources of the vehicles and weapon systems in our army. How to ensure the battery's good performance in standby state and put it into training and combat use at any time is an important subject for the equipment support. However, due to the under-charging, over-discharge, self-discharge, improper daily maintenance and bad using environment, most batteries cannot be used for more than two years or even completely scrapped without our 24V Battery Charging Maintainer. The main cause of battery failure is that the lead sulfate on the battery plate gradually loses its activity, crystallizes, thickens and hardens under the action of the above factors and generates "sulfurization", which makes the battery difficult to charge, reduces the capacity or is completely scrapped. TECHNICAL FEATURES:
- Charging is based on composite pulse charging mode. Each charging pulse is followed by depolarizing pulse. 24V Cell Charging Repairer and Maintainer can effectively eliminate the polarization voltage, lower the plate temperature rise, increase charge acceptance of battery, protect the plate from damaging and extend battery life.
- The charging current is reduced step by step by applying descending "or" logic relationship , to effectively prevent the battery from failure due to thermal runaway.
- Battery connection detection function: The battery takes 2 to 3 seconds to switch on pulse output after correct polarity connection, to effectively prevent the instantaneous high current from generating contact spark.
- Auto power-off function: If the connection battery is not detected by corresponding output, then the power supply will automatically off to save energy.
- Reverse protection function: The emergency support system does not work when the battery poles are connected reversely due to maloperation, with a buzzer alarm indicating polarity reversed.
- Pulse maintenance can effectively prevent buildup of new lead sulfate crystallization through continuous pulse disturbance. The tiny pulse current can also offset the self-discharge of the battery, and ensure that the battery can be put into normal use at any time no matter how long it is stored.
- Precise voltage detection and control function: during pulse maintenance, strictly control the battery terminal voltage within the voltage range of gas-evolving (29V ± 0.2V), once you reach the threshold, immediately turn off the maintenance of pulse current, and turn on the depolarizing pulse, to eliminate the battery polarization voltage, enhance voltage detection accuracy, and prevent the overcharge from forming.

1) 24V Cells packed in series by 2 PCS 12V Cells: You can use your 24V Battery iCharging Maintainer of 24V BiCM300Ah to pulse maintain your batteries
2) 24V Cells packed in series by 3 PCS 8V Cells: You can use your 24V Battery iCharging Maintainer of 24V BiCM300Ah to pulse maintain your batteries
But if the 24V Cells packed in series more than 3 PCS Cells, The effectiveness cannot achieve your expectations.

For users who use the system normally according to this instruction, if the equipment malfunctions, the users can send the equipment voucher and the equipment to the manufacturer within one year after purchase, and can get the maintenance for free.
