5KW High plastic welding machine installation steps

1. Installation of electronic tube.

2. open the upper cover plate on the back of the PVC hot air welding machine.

3. gently put the electronic tube into the center of the resonant barrel, adjust the direction and fix it on the mounting base with screws.

4. the filament wire is mounted on the filament screw of the electronic tube. When the nut is tightened, two suitable plates must be used to hold the upper and the lower nuts at the same time, so as to prevent the breaking of the ceramic body on the electronic tube, and the electronic tube is discarded.

5. fix the grid copper screws on the grid of the electron tube.

6. The plastic high frequency welding machine installs the power line.The power line of this machine is 5 core cable, of which "O" terminal and long line grounding wire, "U" type terminal and long connection zero line, and the other three coarse and short line connection fire lines (without phase sequence). Attention must be attached to three phase 380VAC and 35A air switches. To ensure personal safety, ground wire must be reliably barred.
7. Installation of gas source.Connect the suitable gas source to the gas control valve on the side of the machine with 12mm plastic pipe.

One year warranty. Within one year, the initial parts or elements of the machine broke down cause by the raw material and our hand work, Shenzhen Hengxing Machinery Factory would replace the parts freely, but the freight charge and the consumable parts like die, cutting mould were not included. The warranty is not valid if the machine damage due to customers` wrong operation or caused by force majeure factors.
