The high frequency welder for PVC packing is mainly used in the plastic welding industry, commonly known as high wave plastic welding machine, the main use of leather press, plastic packaging, trademark, or more than 10% of the PVC products. 1. The high frequency welder for blister adopts spark protection device: over current, overload current relay automatically protect shock tube and rectifier.

2. Stable rate: high concussion frequency adopts the international common band 27.12MHZ, and the output rate is stable, which is in line with international standards.

3.The PVC high frequency welding machine adopts spark suppression: when the spark is generated, the special electronic circuit automatically cuts off the high frequency to protect electrodes and products.

4. Machine model selection: we can choose different models according to the customers' products. Different power, different models for customers to choose.

5. Using vacuum tubes, the output power is stable and reliable. 

6. Manually adjust the mould by the four corners horizontal adjustment, adjust die easily.

2.About The Warranty:
Answer: One year warranty. Within one year, the initial parts or elements of the machine broke down cause by the raw material and our hand work, Shenzhen Hengxing Machinery Factory would replace the parts freely, but the freight charge and the consumable parts like die, cutting mould were not included. The warranty is not valid if the machine damage due to customers` wrong operation or caused by force majeure factors.

3.How to order raw material ?
Answer: We can help you to find raw material supplier, and also we can help you to order if need. And if possible, we will arrange the machine and the raw material sending to you together.

4..Do you have any other model ?
