2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for products?

A: Generally according to the requirements of customers, no matter how many we can accept.

A: We guarantee 1 year for oversea customers.

6. Can you send samples to us for testing quality?

A: After price confirmation, you can require for Bluetooth headset to check our quality. If you need the Bluetooth headset samples, you Would pay for sample cost, and it can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is bigger than our MOQ.

7. What about delivery day?

A: For sample with existing products, delivery within 3 days; and for customer order products in great quantity, 7 to 15 days. Generally 20-30 days for customer OEM products.

9. What is the payment method for bulk order?
A: TT 30% as deposit and 70% before shipment.
