MFS-712 uses a twice thermoplastic process to firmly fuse the sponge to the polypropylene rod, avoiding contamination from adhesives and eliminating the possibility of the sponge deflating during the wiping process. MFS712 is repeatedly cleaned in a clean room using deionized water and packaged in a double decontamination bag. The product has been tested to have only very low levels of microscopic dust particles and ions during use, while exhibiting excellent abrasion and chemical resistance; it shows very good compatibility with most organic solvents, including isopropyl alcohol, acetone and industrial alcohol, and its unique closed-cell sponge structure greatly enhances the absorption and locking ability of the solvent.

MFS-712 is thermally bonded by 100PPI open-cell polyurethane foam & light green PP handle, its flat rectangular head possesses excellent solvent-holding capacity and durability. It is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters, and it features very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. MFS-712 is specifically designed for general purpose cleaning of large surface, and it’s the perfect choice for cleaning of thermal printheads, Inkjet printheads, check scanners and opto-electronic sensors.
