The Large Head and Long Handle Sponge Cleaning Swab MFS708 is a professional medical cleaning and disinfection swab produced by Miraclean Technology Co., Ltd, designed to clean curved or twisted areas. Thermal bonds produce less contamination. This large-headed sponge swab is made of a 100 PPI rod and a high-fiber ultra-fine sponge processed by a hot pressing process. 100% polypropylene handle provides ease of use. It is closed-cell polyurethane foam head provides excellent solvent-holding capacity and durability. The sponge tip effectively prevents flakes from falling out during the cleaning process, unlike wooden cotton swabs which have cotton flakes sticking to the wound causing infection problems, making it more hygienic and safe for medical use. In addition, the large sponge tip has a large contact area, making it easier to use. It is particularly suitable for pre-surgical cleaning, absorbing body fluids during surgery, or external wound treatment and has a crushing advantage over small swabs. The main application includes cleaning printer print heads, cleaning curve surfaces, medical antiseptic disinfection, etc.

It is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters, and it features very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. MFS-708 is specifically designed for general purpose cleaning of curve surfaces, and it also could be used as the disinfectant swab for medical application.
