1) Control System

Simple hard fast door adopts special control system, adopts servo special control box, two-phase 220-three-phase 380V-power 0.75kw,1.5kw, 2.2kw, control box with main power control switch, emergency stop button, manual automatic conversion button , manually control the up and down buttons. Precise control of the opening height of the door.

2) Motor system

The motor drive system adopts a special servo motor system: two-phase 220V-three-phase 380V-power 0.75-1.5-2.2KW, well-known brand encoder; emergency manual opening mechanism;

2. Strong overload capability. 3) Security system

1. Infrared safety protection electric eye: There are pairs of radio eyes on both sides of the door frame. The time delay then decreases. An external infrared device can be used to control the rapid rebound of the door. The bounce speed can be easily set by modifying the parameters. It is also possible to determine the function definition of the infrared device by modifying the parameters. For example, when the infrared is touched, whether it is a single-time bounce or a long-term non-moving function, the parameters can be determined by modifying the parameters.

2. Bottom safety protection side: When the door body is falling, because the object is in the blind zone of infrared safety protection, when the door body is pressed under the obstacle, the door body quickly rebounds upward, effectively protecting the object or pedestrian below, avoiding accident.
