   1.5HZ flashing frequency through-hole single flash LED was packaged by clear lens. It is a high quality, low power consumption red flash light . 5mm spotlight red flash through-hole LED viewing angle is 20-30 degrees and can reach 2000mcd-4000mcd light intensity. Driving voltage is 4V. There have a build in IC inside of this through-hole LED, which means as long as you pass the current through the LED leads, these red flicker will be a flashing LED automatically. These 5mm red flashing LED are widely used in LED toy and LED flashing lamp.
