   These 5mm through-hole LED with clear flat top lens can change the color(red, blue and green) automatically. The frequency can be fast and slow two type. For the fast changed flashing LED the frequency is 12S for each color. For the slow type, the frequency can be 36S and 60S, you can choose any one of them for your need. There have three LED chip and one single IC in total inside of the through-hole LED. They can be a flashing LED because of the IC control inside, different IC can make different lighting result.
