    This is the 5mm flashing LED with clear flat top lens, different with the round top clear lens, round top will kind of like the lens which can gather the light have make a round light spot in the center. But this flat top will make more scattered light. There have two LED chips and an IC inside of the LED. With the IC inside, this LED can be automatic flashing when you light it up. Red and blue color will flicker alternately. Of course the color can be like yellow & green, red & yellow, green & yellow ect if you need it.
